Discover our gourmet Arbequina extra virgin olive oil, harvested, produced and bottled at our La Matilla estate in Carmona, Seville, guaranteed to be of a premium quality. The quality of our gourmet olive oil is achieved by hand picking the olives at dawn early in the season (end of September – October). 6-7 kgs. of olives are needed to produce one 50cl bottle of gourmet olive oil and also, barely 6 hours transpire between the harvest and extraction of this Arbequina extra virgin olive oil, which ensures the quality of our gourmet extra virgin olive oil. Our olives are cold-pressed using capachos (pressing mats), an age-old tradition continued by our family for over 100 years.
