Arbequina gourmet olive oil. Collected, produced and packaged in our La Matilla estate, in Carmona (Seville), guaranteeing a premium quality.
The quality of our Arbequina olive oil is achieved by harvesting at dawn, by hand, and ultra early (end of September – October). 6-7 Kg of olives are needed to produce a 50 cl bottle of Arbequina extra virgin olive oil.
From the moment the olives are harvested until this Arbequina extra virgin olive oil is produced, it takes barely 6 hours, which guarantees us a quality premium oil.
The traditional milling is done cold and using baskets as was done in the past and in our family tradition for more than a hundred years.
