The quality of our extra virgin olive oil of the arbequina variety is achieved by harvesting at dawn, by hand, and ultra early (end of September - October).
From the moment the olives are harvested until this extra virgin olive oil of the Arbequina variety is produced, only 6 hours elapse, which guarantees the quality of the premium oil.
