Discover our 250ml gourmet coupage olive oil collected, produced and bottled in our La Matilla estate, in Carmona (Seville) , guaranteeing a premium quality. The quality of the gourmet olive oil is achieved by harvesting at dawn, by hand, and ultra early (end of September – October). 6-7 Kg. of olives are needed to produce a 50 cl bottle of gourmet olive oil and also, from the time the olive is harvested until this extra virgin olive oil is produced coupage hardly takes 6 hours, which guarantees us a quality gourmet olive oil. The traditional milling is done cold and using baskets as was done in the past and in our family tradition for more than a hundred years. Nuestra gama de aceite de oliva Coupage es un producto 100% realizado en Andalucia. Su envase realizado en Ubrique, la Rambla, Cazalla y Morón de la Frontera, lo hacen un aceite de oliva gourmet ideal para regalar. Nuestro aceite de oliva la Matilla se envasa en una botella hecha a mano, de Gres Porcelánico, uno de los mejores materiales para la conservación del aceite de oliva. Las botellas no tienen filtraciones (cero porosidad) y ayudan a una mejor conservación del producto embotellado al no traspasar la luz, el aire y los olores.
