Superior quality AOVE, limited production
Many people wonder why we are a premium olive oil. At Aceites La Matilla we harvest and select the olives by hand. These olives come from our estate of more than 40 hectares with its own oil mill. We also carry out cold extraction of the olive oil.
When we talk about limited production, we must bear in mind that we need between 6 and 7 kilos of olives to produce just 50cl.
All this, together with our olive oil packaging, is what sets La Matilla apart from other oils.
