These terms govern purchases on aceiteslamatilla.com. By placing an order you accept them, so we recommend that you read them and keep a copy. We apply Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 (General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users) and Law 34/2002 (LSSI).

How to buy
- Choose your products and add them to the basket.
- In "Checkout", enter your details and delivery address, and choose the delivery option. You can buy with or without an account.
- Check the summary, accept these terms and pay by card.
- We send you an email confirming your order. That email and the invoice are your proof of purchase.
You can correct any detail before paying. The contract is formalised in Spanish.
Prices and payment
Prices are in euros and include VAT. The delivery cost is calculated according to the destination and weight, and you will see it before you pay. Payment is by Visa or Mastercard through the secure Redsys payment gateway; we never see or store your card details. If you need an invoice in a company's name, enter your tax ID or VAT number when you order.
Delivery
- Mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands: orders leave our warehouse in Carmona and arrive within 48–72 working hours.
- Portugal, France, Germany, Italy, Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg and Austria: the delivery time and price depend on the carrier, and you will see them when you choose the delivery option.
- For now we do not deliver to the Canary Islands, Ceuta or Melilla.
- Wine is only shipped within Spain.
When your order leaves us, we send you the tracking number. If it arrives with damaged packaging, note it on the carrier's delivery note and let us know.
Wine sales
We only sell wine to people over 18 years of age. By buying it, you confirm that you are, and the carrier may ask for ID on delivery.
Returns and guarantee
You have 14 calendar days to withdraw from your purchase, and products in poor condition are covered by the legal guarantee. We explain everything in our returns policy.

Governing law
These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you buy as a consumer, you may bring proceedings before the courts of your place of residence.
