If you change your mind (withdrawal)
You have 14 calendar days from receiving your order to return it without giving a reason. To do so, write to us at info@aceiteslamatilla.com with your order number or use the form below.
- Send the products within 14 days of notifying us of the return, to: Polígono Industrial Brenes, C/ D, Parcela 106, 41410 Carmona (Sevilla).
- You pay the cost of shipping the return.
- We will refund what you paid, including the original standard delivery, within 14 days of you telling us, using the same payment method. We may wait until we receive the products before issuing the refund.
Products that cannot be returned: for reasons of hygiene and health protection, bottles, tins or containers that have been opened or unsealed cannot be returned (article 103.e of the Spanish General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users). Gift boxes and gift bags must be returned complete.
If it arrives broken or damaged
Let us know as soon as possible, ideally within 48 hours of delivery, with a photo of the product and the packaging. We will send you a replacement or refund you, whichever you prefer, and cover all costs. This does not limit your guarantee rights: the law protects you against any lack of conformity that appears within three years of delivery, within the product's best-before date.
