Olive oil tourism in Seville: oil tasting and mill visit La Matilla Experience

Olive oil is best understood where it is made. Tastings, visits and lunches among the olive trees, 30 km from Seville.

Olive oil tourism in the Carmona countryside

Finca La Matilla has more than 40 hectares of olive grove, 30 kilometres from Seville. We grow Arbequina, Arbosana, Picual and Hojiblanca, and mill them in our own mill, cold and with capachos (traditional esparto mats), as it has always been done.

We open the estate so you can see it up close: you walk among the olive trees, step inside the mill and taste the oil beside the tree it comes from. We are the children of olive farmers, with a family tradition of more than 150 years, and our prunings go back into the soil as organic matter. It is the same land that produces La Matilla's award-winning oils.
